Analysing Thriller/Mystery Opening Sequences - Introduction

In the next few posts I am going to be analysing thriller/mystery opening sequences. I will make a list of bullet points of anything in the opening sequence is typical of the thriller/mystery genre to see the similarities in them and think about what I can add to the planning of my own thriller opening scene.

I am going to analyse the opening scenes from the following thrillers:

'Blink Twice'
